Cancellation Policy

By booking a class, membership, or package with LIVE IN Heidelberg, operated under STEMAZE UG (haftungsbeschränkt), participants agree to the following terms: • Classes may be offered in different formats, including weekday batches, weekend batches, biweekly sessions, weekly sessions, workshops, or special programs depending on the active schedule. • Participants are expected to attend the batch and session timing selected during registration. Switching between batches or attending alternative sessions is not permitted as a regular practice. • In exceptional and unavoidable situations only (such as emergencies or important personal circumstances), participants may request to attend an alternative batch or session. Such requests must be discussed and approved in advance by the organizer or instructor and remain strictly subject to availability, scheduling, and operational feasibility. Approval is not guaranteed. • Participants are requested to inform the organizer or instructor as early as reasonably possible if they are unable to attend a session. • Missed classes, late cancellations, or unattended sessions are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. • LIVE IN Heidelberg / STEMAZE UG (haftungsbeschränkt) reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to schedules, instructors, locations, class structures, or batch timings when operationally required. • If membership models or package structures are modified in the future (for example monthly, weekly, workshop-based, quarterly, or other formats), participants will be informed separately via email or written communication before any changes are applied to their active plan. • Participants are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior toward instructors, fellow participants, and venue staff during all sessions. • Photography or short video recordings may occasionally be taken for promotional, documentation, or community purposes unless participants explicitly inform the organizer otherwise. • Participation in dance, fitness, and movement-related activities is voluntary and at the participant’s own responsibility.
